We offer 3D printing services using our professional Ultimaker 3 Extended printer. The table size is 200 x 200 mm, with a maximum height of 300 mm. The layer height can be set as low as 0.1 mm. We have different print cores available, including 0.25 mm, 0.4 mm, and 0.8 mm for non-abrasive materials, as well as a 0.6 mm ruby core for abrasive materials.

We can print using various basic materials, such as ABS, PLA, Tough PLA, CPE, TPU (flexible), NYLON, PET, and more.

For those looking for stronger and more durable prints, we offer abrasive materials like NYLON with reinforced carbon or glass fiber. We also have options for metal-filled (steel, copper), and wood-filled PLA for a unique appearance, as well as stone, ceramic-filled materials, and matt abrasive PLA for ready-to-use design products.

The price is calculated based on the following factors:

The file handling fee for your project depends on the format of the file you provide. If you have the file in .obj or .stl format, no additional fee will be applied. However, if you provide the file in any other format, there will be an additional technical drawing fee to accommodate the conversion or adjustment required.

The 3D printer running time is calculated on a flat rate basis per 30 minutes. This ensures that the printing process is accounted for accurately, considering factors such as complexity, layer height, and overall print time.

Filament costs are determined based on the specific material you choose for your project. Each material has its own associated cost, and we will provide you with an estimate based on your selection.

In the case of using abrasive materials such as carbon, glass fiber, or wood/metal-fill, an abrasive surcharge will apply. This surcharge covers the additional wear and tear on the equipment and the need for specialized components to handle the abrasive nature of these materials.
