Yes, there is a delay, much like with everything else, unfortunately. However, progress is being made, albeit at a slower pace. We completed the flooring, but encountered issues with the method or materials, necessitating the removal of the final concrete layer. We then had to 'sand'—or more accurately, mill—the entire surface. That part is now finished. The next steps involve bringing the machines out of storage and constructing the office.

Since August 25th, the exterior insulation has been completed, and inside, the work on the floor, ceiling, electrical installations, lighting, plastering, and painting has been done.
