Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@woodize.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please be aware that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer worldwide shipping for our products. For customers in Europe (with the following exceptions: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia), the USA, Canada, and Australia, orders are shipped via national postal services. For customers in countries outside of these regions, shipping is available through UPS, FedEx, or DHL only upon custom request.

Please note that shipping costs, taxes, and delivery times vary by destination and will be indicated on our website at the time of your order. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.
